The Body holds onto the things the brain can't fully process.
How often do you "bite your tongue"? Hold back your words? Catch yourself grinding your teeth or clenching your jaw? Find your tongue glued to the roof of your mouth?
We can get those muscles to relax and let go. Fair warning, you might start speaking your mind afterwards.
And that goal i mentioned earlier? I'm 5 hours away from meeting it this week.

Editing to add.... I wound up passing my goal with 22 hands- on hours by the end of Saturday. And that's because a visitor was on a lot of pain, searched our local Facebook groups, and found me because of how much y'all tag me.
I couldn't have done this without you.

I am so full of gratitude today.
I asked, and you've made it happen.
I reached my April goal of over 400 followers on Facebook.
My goal for May is to be 75% booked each week. For me, that means 20 hours of hands-on work per week.
This first full week of May, I've just about reached that goal. 19.5 hours. And that's with closing up a little early on Thursday to attend my daughter's EMT school graduation. I'm calling that a win.
And that's because of you. Whether you came in to see me, promoted and supported me on social media, told your friends and family about me, given out my business cards... you've proven that I'm not doing this alone.
And especially right now, it means the world to me.
Next week will be a little less due to some personal things to which I must attend (prayers and good vibes are appreciated if that's your thing), but I still do have some openings.
So thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making the first week of May a huge win for me and my little business.
