This week we celebrated Jenny’s FOB-iversary with some of her favorites- pajama day, pizza, and chocolate! Jenny has been with our team for over 2️⃣ years now. Jenny is a great RBT with a sunny disposition and is especially skilled at setting up natural situations to teach and practice meaningful skills. We are so happy she’s here!

Happy 6️⃣ year FOB-iversary to April! As our Lead RBT, April is an integral part of our team. She’s a super hard worker but also loves to have fun. We can always count on April to initiate fun activities for our theme weeks! And she loves to dress up (or dress down on PJ days)! She requested a Pajama Day for her work anniversary this year, so of course we had to get her some pickle-themed pajamas to celebrate. 😂 Congratulations, April!!!

1️⃣5️⃣ years!
It’s hard to believe we have reached this milestone. The last 15 years have been full of ups and downs and laughter and tears, with a category 5 hurricane and a global pandemic thrown in the mix. With all of the incredible individuals that have been a part of Team FOB over the years, we have weathered the storms and have helped countless children and their families. We’ve also had the privilege to train future behavior analysts who’ve gone on to open their own clinics and consultation companies, helping more and more children and families. I opened FOB in 2010 - the first ABA clinic in Bay county - with the dream of providing needed services to children in the local area. It’s been immensely rewarding to see this happen! I’m so proud of this little clinic of mine and the impact we have had and continue to have. Here’s to many more years of making a difference! ❤️ ~Kari
