The rain showed up right on time for dusty Panama City! 🫣

All of our grass was looking crispy and our cars were looking a little derby like…so we’ll take every drop. ☔️

It also made for the most relaxing morning, and now the sunshine is out and it’s warming back up… today is a good day friends!

Honestly, this type of response adds more rage, frustration and loaded annoyance than you could ever imagine. You might as well put a bow on top of that conversation with “they’re only little once.” 🫠

Every Mama knows that time will fly, she knows that the days are short and that she comprehends that she needs to enjoy this season… she also knows when she needs help.

If you want to make a difference in a Mama’s life , save the Hallmark Remarks for a card & actually step in to help. Don’t ask how you can help, don’t say you’ll help down the road, just start helping right then. That’s the kindness that Mama’s remember decades later! 🫶🏼

Middle → high school is a full transition. Big emotions, pulling away, testing limits; it’s not always defiance, it’s also development!

Going from a room full of HER Table energy to… me, myself, and a highlighter on a weekday should qualify as emotional whiplash.

Clinic owner/therapist bestie is my favorite title, but I’m settling in with “did I read that paragraph?” for the sake of my Mama patients!

Here’s to new certifications… and pretending I don’t miss the chaos of my people while I’m over here locked in my office studying in silence… 🫠

Millennial Women never apply for “all positions available,” but we all know that it feels like our job description reads exactly that.

The theory of women are trying to do all of the things we did in 1926 while living in 2026, is in the same ballpark as good ‘ol burnout. 😵‍💫
