Meet Armis, ••• watching his practice evolve has been such a beautiful experience, such an honor to be his teacher. The pose Armis is in is called "broken toe pose" and it's a doozy! What he is showing is an intuitive modification that he made in order to support his ability to hold the pose for an extended amount of time. This posture aids in the deep stretch of toes, feet, and calves. It improves foot mobility and reduces the insanity that is PLANTAR FASCIITIS - woof, you don't want to ignore your body's needs for long enough to develop this particular ITIS bc it sucks ... real bad. We love Armis!!!
