Brooke Slezak is stepping into her role as a Staff Pharmacist at Hometown Pharmacy, serving long-term care patients while living in Bluffton, Ohio. Originally from Findlay, Brooke reflects on her time at ONU with gratitude, saying, “ONU equipped me with the knowledge, confidence, and professionalism needed to thrive in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.”

To current and future pharmacy students, she offers this advice, “Use all the resources available to you! Also, become involved in not only professional organizations but social. Don’t underestimate the power of networking while attending ONU.”
