We’re not always moving in the same direction,
but we’re grounded in the same place.

This year has asked for different shapes.
Different efforts. A lot of forward folding and figuring things out as we go.

Forward folds invite us to slow down, and to soften. To turn inward, release what we don’t need to carry, and trust the ground beneath us.

And then there’s Toki, keeping us grounded, connected, curious, and willing to play.

Good luck to our boys as they step into new chapters of their own, and wishing all of you all life's Blessings for 2026!

And so begins a New Year!

The old year was full of ups and downs and the new year will likely be, as well.

Always a work in progress, the challenge is using our Strength, Stability, and Flexibility to find moments of Support and Balance, and pausing to celebrate a bit - even in wintery conditions!

We are so happy that Luca and Lena were with us for Luca's 29th and even happier for the young man you are.
