And so begins a New Year!

The old year was full of ups and downs and the new year will likely be, as well.

Always a work in progress, the challenge is using our Strength, Stability, and Flexibility to find moments of Support and Balance, and pausing to celebrate a bit - even in wintery conditions!

We are so happy that Luca and Lena were with us for Luca's 29th and even happier for the young man you are. During the next two days we will lay my mother-in-law Pat Kobza to rest. She is the BEST. The whole family are awesome in-laws. I learned so much from her and this family, who demonstrate daily that there are no limits to how far and wide you can spread your love.
