Hello! As you may or may not know, my Wellness Studio is new to downtown Panora, but my other pastime has been selling vintage and antique goods. So I thought I would merge the two for a few weeks to get people in and shop, and meet me to learn more about my new business. A very simple first step in changing your diet for the better is to just start eating foods that don’t require a factory to be made. Food that doesn’t have an ingredient list. Food that is actually food. You can fine tune things after that, but honestly, this one adjustment would make a huge difference for the majority of people, (Americans especially). Homemade bread generally has wheat, water, and salt, while the average store bought bread- and yes this includes healthy varieties- averages around 25 ingredients.
It seems so simple, because it is. Just eat real food.
