To All Patients,

The health and safety of our office and our patients remains our top priority. While we currently have no confirmed cases of, or exposures to, coronavirus or COVID-19 among any members of our staff and patients, we ask that you help us by being vigilant. If you have traveled to any of the countries where there are outbreaks of the virus, or are experiencing any associated symptoms of the virus, please follow guidance on the CDC website and refrain from visiting our office. We will gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date and time in order to minimize potential exposure to our staff and patients.

We value your personal health and well being, and are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and public health officials, and will update you as new information becomes available.
