Showing Up for the Community We Love and Serve
On March 19, 2026, Olive Physical Therapy Director and Head Physical Therapist Rachel Vinyard, PT, DPT, MPT, Orthopaedic Certified Specialist, attended the 2026 Community Leader and Entrepreneur Awards in support of the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum and the small businesses that help shape our local community.
The evening centered on connection, shared purpose, and leadership that often happens quietly behind the scenes. Keynote speaker Stedman Graham shared a message that resonated deeply, “You can’t lead anybody else until you first lead yourself.” A reminder that effective leadership begins with self-awareness, clarity of purpose, and personal responsibility.
What stood out most was the spirit of collaboration in the room. Business owners, professionals, and community leaders came together with a shared commitment to strengthening the place they call home. That same mindset guides how we approach care at Olive Physical Therapy. We believe in building trust, staying invested locally, and doing work that matters beyond the clinic walls.
We are especially proud to celebrate Dale Wolter, fellow Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce member and Business Coach & Strategic Advisor with ActionCOACH, who was recognized as a Community Leader and Entrepreneur Honoree. Dale’s dedication to helping others build strong and sustainable businesses reflects leadership that creates lasting impact across our community.
Events like this are a powerful reminder that healthcare, entrepreneurship, and community are deeply connected. When local organizations support one another, the impact reaches the people and families we serve every day.
Thank you to Jim Austin Online for hosting an event that brought leaders together with intention and purpose. We are grateful to be part of a community that values service, leadership, and genuine connection.
