👋Meet Jessica!

✨Jessica is originally from Accord, New York! She grew up on a vegetable farm- one of the oldest!

✨She has been practicing yoga for about 20 years off and on, and her favorite pose to teach is funky down dog!

✨She wants her students to come with a sense of humor, as it is important on the mat and in life!

✨Her favorite book is The Four Agreements and movie is “Mrs Doubtfire”

✨Her favorite part of teaching at The Studio in Pantego is the community and the joy everybody brings when they walk in the door!
