Imagine standing in sand. The sand is everything you’ve been holding onto - your worries, your anxiety, your daily stress, your unhealed heart and soul. At first, it only reaches your ankles, and you can step out easily. But as time goes on and you keep pushing it down, the sand rises. To your knees. Your waist. Your chest. And the higher it gets, the harder it becomes to pull yourself free. Until you struggle to pull yourself out at all.

This retreat is your chance to stop sinking. To release what’s been weighing you down and finally find your footing again with support, space, and healing.

I have two shared-room spots left. I know a lot of women hesitate when they hear shared room, but that’s not what matters at a retreat like this. What matters is that you’re there, that you’ve said yes to yourself, your healing, and your peace. Where you sleep won’t define your experience, but what you release and the emotional freedom you’ll find absolutely will.
