Tricia Rausch may only be with us part-time, but her impact is anything but small. Her full-time work at Advent supporting parents and families through the heartbreak of infant loss is nothing short of extraordinary. The compassion she brings to such unimaginable moments speaks volumes about the kind of nurse and human she is.

We are truly lucky to have her as part of our team, and even luckier to witness the kindness and strength she pours into every patient she touches.

Here’s to you, Tricia. Thank you for the heart you bring into this world!

I wanted to share a quick update about this week’s schedule. I’ll be undergoing a surgical procedure on Thursday, November 6th, and will be out of the clinic Thursday and Friday to rest and recover.

➡️ Patients already scheduled for Wednesday will still be seen as planned, but no new appointments will be added that day.
➡️ On Thursday, I will be unable to respond to patient portal messages. Our receptionist and nurse will monitor messages and calls and respond as appropriate.
➡️ I’ll resume checking messages personally as soon as I’m able.

📣 Important Update from Medlen Family Care

Due to a medical appointment and staff training this morning, the provider will be out of the office until 2:00 PM. The clinic will reopen at that time for scheduled visits.

Anna, our receptionist, will be available during normal business hours to answer calls and assist with scheduling. If she’s helping another patient, please leave a message — she’ll return your call as soon as possible.

Great news! We're launching a new electronic refill system later this month to make refilling your prescriptions faster and easier. To take advantage of this new process, simply contact your pharmacy to request your refills. They will send the request directly to us, and we'll get it processed right away!
