Tomorrow is the final class of the year. Classes will resume in February (fingers crossed) after some renovation projects finish up at Lola’s! So come take a chill pill and gift yourself some presence. See you tomorrow at 9am ✨🧘‍♀️

Howdy!! I'm Shayla, the face of Refurbished Flows. I'm a certified yoga teacher and have been practicing consistently(ish -- oh the ebbs and flows of practice) for six years.

Along the way, yoga has provided me with countless benefits. There are the physical aspects like greater flexibility and improved balance+strength. For me, however, the emotional and spiritual benefits have been most profound. Better emotional regulation, enhanced mind/body awareness, and it's helped with my ability to accept things as they are (former Control Freak here fyi). I'm sooo excited to help others discover the goodness that yoga brings to life 😁

You can flow with me in the cozy and eclectic space of Lola’s Now And Then on Tuesday and Saturday mornings from 9-10am! I hope to see you soon 🩷
