Your body has been through pregnancy, labor, delivery, and endless broken sleep, and recovery takes time.

You might feel:
✨ Achy
✨ Exhausted
✨ Emotionally overwhelmed
✨ Not quite like yourself

And while everyone focuses on the baby, it’s important to remember this too:

🤍 You matter as well.

Postpartum recovery isn’t linear, and you don’t have to “bounce back” overnight. Be gentle with yourself. Rest when you can. Accept support when it’s offered.
