I'm a licensed professional counselor with a private practice in Paoli, Pa. I strive to provide a supportive, encouraging and most of all emotionally safe place for clients to care for their emotional needs. I see clients from age 12 and firmly believe everyone has the potential to reach their optimal and desired happiness. As their therapist, I'm here to listen, reflect and provide additional insight.

Motherhood is wild.

Motherhood is wanting time to speed up, but wanting it to slow down at the same time.

Motherhood is wanting a break but missing them the whole time you get a break.

Motherhood is knowing the things that are driving you crazy are also the things that you will one day miss the most.

Motherhood is wanting to cry because you're so broken but wanting to happy cry because you're so whole.

Motherhood is losing yourself, but finding yourself all at the same time.

Motherhood is having absolutely no idea what you're doing, but knowing you're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing.
