Just a little glimpse into life! Did some training and still after all these years, I still do a somersault flip thing when going after the ball! The stickers on my vest are an occupational hazard of visiting elementary schools! As Mrs. Bowlby was taking us between classes, I snuck into her office and grabbed this little tiger! Dad couldn’t believe I walked into her office and just helped myself! Thankfully, she was very gracious and in between a lot of laughing, let me keep the tiger to take home!🐾 now you know, that dogs, and cats do like each other!😂 Sarpy County Sheriff's Office

It was a LONG day but so worth it! Me and dad had the privilege of serving alongside the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office and providing some comfort to the Fire Crews that have been working in that massive fire in western Nebraska! These are some really hard-working people as they sleep in tents and work long long hours in putting out fires! We heard many comments how they missed their dogs and it was nice that they could get some ear Scratches and belly rubs in while they are away from their pets . A big thanks to Season Trevino Cpl Trevino and her Crisis K9 Jax and her Sheriff and administration for having us out! Jax and her handler - Cpl Trevino, are doing an amazing work in North Platte, and was honored to serve alongside them! 🐾 Sarpy County Sheriff's Office

We had an incredible time at the Eastern Nebraska veterans home this afternoon with our dear friends from Bellevue (Nebraska) Police Department BPD Pawfficer Mo & his mom Ofc Meyers and K9 Tater & his dad Ofc Hobbs! It was wonderful hearing their stories as they scratched our ears and petted our heads!

Sometimes it takes so little to brighten someone’s day and we were very glad to bring many smiles today to those who are often forgotten, our veterans. A huge thank you to Officer Meyers for setting this up! We look forward to our next visit! 🐾 Sarpy County Sheriff's Office

I had to post the pic when we visited Sarpy County Corrections otherwise you'd think all I do is sleep on the job! 😂 It was good getting back into the schools last week! Dad took a month off after the death of their son and then Christmas break hit, so it was good to get back into the swing of things...making people feel better and seeing all those smiles! 🐾Sarpy County Sheriff's Office

Dad got to speak at the state CISM conference on Saturday and talk about how we work together during these debriefs. He even got an award for extraordinary service! He said he’s just doing his job and he is honored to serve, but I’m very proud of him! We got to meet some amazing people as well! People that are committed to serving first responders as they navigate the hard calls and traumatic events. A bonus for me as I got to meet a couple of lovely ladies from Texas! Chanel and Fresca! They do an amazing work And have helped literally thousands and thousands of people in various national traumatic events. They are legends in my book! As you can tell him one of the pictures I was on my back, trying to show off and impress them, but they weren’t too interested! 😂🐾 Sarpy County Sheriff's Office

Life has been full! Summer camps at the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office, visiting Omaha Storm Chasers, spreading some love to our deputies...tomorrow we'll be in the Springfield Parade, next Saturday the Papillion Days parade...rumor has it we might even stop by Bellevue Rocks and see our friends with Bellevue (Nebraska) Police Department...remember, the rolling stone gathers no moss! 😄🐾
