🌊🇭🇷 Just got back from an unforgettable trip to Croatia for some family fun and a Chiropractic Seminar — what an adventure!
First half of the trip:
We explored the stunning Blue Cave, went snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and even got our adrenaline fix jet skiing along the coast. One of the highlights was wandering through the historic streets of Old Town Dubrovnik — it truly felt like stepping into another time (or a Game of Thrones set 😉).
We also took a scenic trip to the charming town of Ston, where we enjoyed an amazing oyster tour right on the water — so fresh and delicious!
Grateful for the memories, the laughs, and the breathtaking views. Croatia, you’ve stolen a piece of our hearts. ❤️🌍

Parents, if your kiddos signed up for our 2025 Summer Challenge, it’s time to dig out those game sheets (check the fridge, the car, or under a pile of beach towels). 📋😅

✅ Deadline to return your challenge grid is AUGUST 11th!

💥 You must have at least 50 signed-off squares to qualify — no shortcuts, folks. Chiropractic integrity and all that. 😉

We are so proud to be a drop-off site for the La Vista Gives School Supply Drive, benefiting G. Stanley Hall Elementary and La Vista Middle School! 🏫

Now through July 30th, let’s rally together as a community to help our students start the school year feeling prepared, confident, and supported. 💪📚

👉 Here’s how you can help:

Bring any of the following supplies to our office (La Vista Chiropractic, 7202 Giles Rd):

- Pencils & erasers ✏️

- Composition & spiral notebooks (wide ruled) 📓

- Highlighters & colored pencils 🌈

- Washable & dry erase markers 🖍️

🗓️Heads up, y'all! Our summer schedule is about to get a little cracked up! 😄💥

✔️ Open TODAY (Friday): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (We still have some Morning, early AND late afternoon with both Dr's)

📍 Next Week:

✔️ Wednesday (June 18): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🧳 Then we’re closed June 19–30 for a little R&R (rest and re-alignment 😉)

🎉🐐 HAAAAPPY BAAAIRTHDAY, ISAAC! 🐐🎉

For our very own Isaacs Birthday, the crew decided to try out some goat yoga. Let’s just say, our balance was tested, our laughter was adjusted, and a few of us kid you not, found a new kind of “baa-lance”! These goats had great posture and unbelievable flexibility… we might need to get them on the schedule next week. 😉

Whether you’re doing downward dog or dodging a determined goat on your mat, one thing’s for sure: your spine deserves just as much attention. 🌀 Come get adjusted.... no goats necessary (unless you’re into that sort of thing 🐐).
