Sharing this because just last week a very fit middle aged man told me he can touch his toes for the first time in years… he attributes this increase in flexibility to incorporating yoga into his life. So proud of him, he has prioritized his health, fitness, and well-being and the benefits are become so clear. 💕

Happy Mindfulness Monday! On this Monday before Christmas, let’s find “Gratitude in the Small Things”❤️ Gratitude doesn’t always arrive in grand gestures; sometimes it blooms in the smallest moments we allow ourselves to notice.

Tke a few minutes today or tomorrow to create a micro-gratitude list. Write down three tiny things that recently brought you ease or warmth - a warm mug, a kind glance, a moment of sunlight. 🙏🎄 Happy Holidays🙏🎄

Try a 2-minute body scan.
