If you were a teenager in the 80’s like I was….
You probably remember hearing that eating fat, made you fat! (But yet I was still overweight…weighing 180 pounds at one point!😩)
I seriously remember eating bread over avocados because it was fat free. Crazy.
Snackwell cookies, salad dressings, Fat-free everything because it didn’t count, right?!
We thought we were being healthy…
Clearly we were NOT…and wrecking our hormones in the process.
The truth is your body is BUILT on fat.

I eat fat now without hesitation and am at my lowest weight ever. So that was completely false marketing years ago!
