The forecast calls for rain starting at 11:00 and I’m crossing my (frozen) toes that’s the case.

BENEFITS OF CUPPING THERAPY

I am now starting to integrate silicone cupping into my massage session (when needed). Although there ARE contraindications for some issues I believe this addition will enhance sessions and help to further facilitate the body’s recovery and healing.
