SDCIA represents and advocates for the interests of San Diego patients and providers on municipal ordinances and regulations regarding the dispensing of medical marijuana, including land use, zoning and other measures. Our goal is to ensure municipalities within the county have clear ordinances on the books that enable licensed facilities to operate in full compliance with state and local law.
