Rebecca has been part of the Bellemeade family for 5 years and has worked in Jackson Cottage for the past 2 years.

She loves getting to cook and bake for the elders and finding new foods they enjoy. In the Greenhouse Model, meals are more than just food… they’re moments of comfort, memories, and family around the table. ❤️

Fun fact: Rebecca actually worked in the kitchen at the old facility and has been connected to this company for almost 11 years, with only a small two-year break!

Katie Wilson has been part of the Bellemeade family for a little over a year and works the 6–2 shift in Bell Cottage as a CNA.

Her favorite part about working here is getting to see her elders every day and spending time getting to know each of them. Katie says the elders have truly become a part of her family, which is exactly what the Greenhouse Model is all about. ❤️

Fun Fact: Katie loves singing and dancing with the elders and talking about her babies. She also jokes that she might just be Dietary’s favorite! 😉

Jenn Jones first joined us in 2019, served faithfully for 5 years, stepped away in 2024… and now she’s BACK where she belongs! 🙌
Jenn is a CNA (shabazim) and has worked all the shifts.

What’s your favorite thing about working in the cottages?
Jenn says she loves the home feeling and that her elders are truly her heart. ❤️ She also loves getting festive and decorating the cottages for the holidays. If there’s garland, pumpkins, twinkle lights, or Christmas cheer involved, Jenn is in her element! 🎄🎃✨

Fun Fact:
She’s a proud mom of 3, and the little things make her day. The way to her heart? A Reese’s and a Mountain Dew. Simple. Legendary. Effective. 🥜🥤

We’re so thankful to have Jenn back serving with heart, warmth, and that signature festive sparkle that makes cottage life feel like home. 💚

Danielle Williams will celebrate 4 years of working at Bellemeade in June! Four years of dedication, compassion, and showing up for our elders day after day. She is a CNA as well as the Activity Coordinator in Tuberville Cottage. Danielle says it truly feels like family. She loves that in our cottage model, she gets the opportunity to slow down and build real one-on-one relationships with her elders. That personal time makes all the difference, and it shows in the care she gives every single day.

🛍️ Fun Fact:
Danielle LOVES to go thrifting! Even if she doesn’t buy a thing, she enjoys the hunt and the adventure of it. You never know what treasure you might find.

“My favorite thing about working at Belle Meade is the model. I love using my cooking skills gained over the years for my elders and the amount of non-blood family members I have gained from working here- from the elders to the coworkers.”
