Join us this Sunday at 3pm for a pop up class with Heather Davis. She just graduated with her 200 hour yoga teacher certification through Thrive Yoga, and she is ready to jump in. Please come support and flow with her!!!

Guidelines for coming to class:
•Wear mask until you are in the yoga room.
•Bringing your own hand towel and mat.
•We will NOT be giving out cold towels.
•Classes will be very limited because of the 6 foot rule. We are thinking 6-8 people total. It will be a first come first serve basis bc we do not have a sign up form. If class is full, we will put a note on the door.
