Responsibilities
Assist in keeping all company policies up to date and compliant with State and Federal guidelines.
Draft documentation pertaining to external Audits and Subpoenas.
Keep all company records up to date, filed, and organized.
Assist with Administrational meetings, company wide meetings, and communications with other staff members on the daily basis.
Support Administrators in day to day duties or tasks.

Qualifications
Experience with document management systems like Google Docs or similar platforms; excellent organizational skills are essential.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents; proofreading and transcription abilities are highly valued.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; project management skills are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette; capable of conducting meetings and interviews.
Familiarity with medical legal administrative experience including data entry, filing procedures, and document review processes.

This position plays a key role in supporting the office and the company by ensuring efficient communication and compliance tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

Report to job on time
Call and schedule home visits with clients
Input data into company EVV system
Report to the Office Supervisor
Track and maintain records of all clients in your region
Keep your office clean and organized
Adhere to safety standards as outlined in policy and procedures
