First and foremost, I owe all of you a sincere apology.
Many of you know that I have been dealing with severe communication issues for nearly the entire month, and I cannot express how sorry I am for the frustration, inconvenience, and confusion this has caused. As a small business owner who handles nearly every aspect of the business personally, this situation has been incredibly stressful, and I know it has affected many of you as well.
The good news is:
My communication issues have finally been resolved.
✅ My business phone number is fully operational again.
✅ I now have a secondary physical phone dedicated to the business.
✅ My phone is Apple-compatible and iMessage-compatible.
✅ My email issues have been fixed.
✅ I am once again able to reliably receive and respond to messages.

At this time, I have not finished setting up voicemail on the new phone, so texting is the best way to reach me. If you prefer to call, please follow your call with a text message so I can make sure your information does not get lost while I work through the backlog. I will do my best to get voicemail fully set up as soon as I return from Sherman.

To ensure that existing clients are taken care of first, I will not be reopening online booking until everyone affected by this situation has had the opportunity to secure their appointment. Once everyone has been contacted, rescheduled, and accommodated, I will reopen online scheduling and begin accepting new bookings again.
As a thank-you for your patience and understanding, anyone who needs to be rescheduled due to these communication issues will receive a complimentary 30-minute service gift certificate. You are welcome to use it yourself or gift it to someone else.
While refunds are certainly available if that is your preference, I would love the opportunity to earn back your trust and provide the experience you should have received from the beginning. First impressions matter, and customer service matters. If this situation affected your first experience with me or Stress Knot Kneaded, I would genuinely appreciate the chance to make things right.
That said, I completely understand if you would prefer a refund, and I will absolutely honor that choice without any hard feelings. If you decide to give us another try in the future after things have settled down, you will still be welcome to use the new-client discount at that time.
I will go into detail later about all the craziness and logistics. As I feel it could be a whole netflix series.
