🍌 Going Bananas at Live2Lead! 🍌
Our leadership team spent the day learning, growing, and being stretched in all the best ways as we continue striving to be stronger leaders for our caregivers, our families, and our clients. 💛

We had the privilege of hearing from incredible voices in our own community , Nathan Carter, Katrina Coffelt, Jarrod Martin, Terri Lindbergh, and Amie Tooley, along with powerhouse leaders on the national stage like John Maxwell, Tiffani Bova, Jesse Cole who is the owner of Savanaah Bananas, and Craig Groeschel.

Each one left us inspired, challenged, and excited to bring fresh ideas back to Thriving at Home. We are committed to leading with purpose, serving with heart, and helping every caregiver and client we touch thrive. 🌿

🌟 Caregiver Spotlight: Simone! 🌟

This month we’re thrilled to recognize Simone as our Caregiver of the Month! Simone always goes above and beyond for her clients! She consistently shows up, meets their needs with compassion, and brings joy wherever she goes. Her clients absolutely adore her!

In addition to being an outstanding caregiver, Simone is also a student at Murray State University and a member of the track team-balancing her studies, athletics, and caregiving with grace and dedication.

🧡💙We’re grateful to the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) for an inspiring National Home Care Convention in Dallas, TX.

The conference offered valuable insights, innovative strategies, and new ideas to help us better support both our clients and our incredible caregiving team.

We even enjoyed a bit of sightseeing while connecting with fellow home care professionals from across the country. Everything we learned will help us continue our mission of helping seniors thrive at home. 🌿
