EXCITING NEWS!!! Red light therapy will soon becoming to my massage table! I will be working on updating my current services menu and including red light therapy! Incase you weren't aware, red light therapy offers many benefits including: skin conditions such as acne prone skin, psoriasis, sun damage, and eczema.
It promotes wound healing by increasing blood flow.
Red light therapy also helps reduce muscle aches and aids in pain management due to inflammation.
It helps reduce Inflammation by creating healthy cell energy, and.. it just feels good!
