Double post today because ITS ASHLEY’S BIRTHDAY!!! What a blessing she has been to our clinic. She is intentional with her people and we are so grateful to be on the receiving side of that! Her facial expressions tell it all, if you get her laughing too hard she absolutely will cry (like the ugly kind that makes you feel bad lol), and there is a reason we have a warning sign for her sneezes. She provides so much laughter and makes the work place feel fun, but also professional. She is wise and amazing at her job! Take a second and tell her happy birthday and/or what she means to you!

Your competition was yourself and you were always up for a challenge without ever complaining. The progress you made was mind blowing. You should be very proud. I know that we sure are! Congratulations on your accomplishments in therapy! You went from barely being able to lift your leg to pushing sleds and squatting. You showed up (mostly) and worked hard (when you were here 😅). In all seriousness, you made huge progress. Walking without a brace and seeing quad definition again are big feats.
Ps. Remember leg day is important!!
