When her injury occurred, she had trouble smiling, eating, talking, and singing. Things we may take for granted every day. After her hard work and efforts in PT to treat her TMJ, she is back to smiling that big, beautiful smile and singing in church. This world needs that smile!

6 weeks of mobility in under 3 minutes! Not too bad! This time we did it all. From the toes to the wrists to the neck and everything in between! This was a super fun group!! We tested our limits, gained mobility, and laughed a lot along the way. We would love to have YOU join us for the next one!

First visit = last visit. Did you know that if you occasionally have some pains, issues, or concerns, sometimes it just takes 1-2 sessions to figure it out together. Sometimes all you need is a little education or guidance, a plan, and some motivation to do the work on your own. We’re always still here if you need more than that, but there are cases that that’s all you need!
