Our minds naturally get pulled in many directions — stress, news, responsibilities, and the pressures of daily life.

The Bible reminds us that where we place our focus matters.

Setting our minds on things above means intentionally turning our attention toward what is true, steady, and aligned with God’s character.

Overall health is very strongly related to mindset. Sometimes renewing the mind begins with a simple reset of where we place our attention. Let's work on that together.
