📢 Now Hiring – Front Office Assistant

Location: High-Volume Chiropractic Office

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic individual to join our team in a high-volume chiropractic office.

Position: Part-Time Front Office Assistant

Hours: 25–30 hours per week (with potential for more)

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with a long midday break- sometimes 7 AM if needed)
Some Fridays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Filing and organizing paperwork
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Posting insurance payments
Light-duty cleaning to keep the office welcoming
Providing exceptional customer service to patients

What We’re Looking For:

Personable and enjoys working with the public
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with basic office and computer tasks
