The Colonial Lodge represents a different approach to retirement living. Our residents are active, independent and able to care for themselves. They choose to live in a community which offers them a comfortable and congenial environment with many services and amenities included in one monthly fee. The staff at the lodge takes care of the day to day concerns, such as cooking, cleaning and laundry for our residents.
Each unit has its own heating/cooling system so tenants can control their preferred temperature settings
For security each unit opens into a central hallway with separate door lock and key. With some units having their own outside door.
All units have their own bathroom
Tenant Criteria
Each person who wishes to call Colonial Lodge their home must have the mental ability to know when to leave in the event of an emergency situation, and the physical ability to leave unassisted, whether by wheelchair, walker, or ambulation.
We require all residents to be dressed for meals, except for breakfast. Sick trays are available upon request for a limited period, up to five days, after that an additional charge will be assessed.

Locally owned and family operated. A small security deposit. No community or application fee month to month lease, no long term contracts. Come and go as you choose. We have several residents that still drive their own automobiles.
