Update on Grant Owens:
Dr. Polk, Grant's surgeon and Dr. Claudino his oncologist, both say Grant is doing great. He will have scans again in October (every 6 months).
Dietitian gave us positive feedback on our progress. We know it will take more time to regain his energy and strength.

We're home from Sarah Cannon Cancer Center! I'll take off one more day, so Chris is filling in tomorrow, Wednesday the 8th. See you all Friday!!

Side note: Grant is very nauseous and weak. He's resting so well being home and I know in my heart tomorrow will be better. It's so good to be home! He'll continue antibiotics and plan on walking and resting. The road to recovery in spring is magical!
