We cover Henry, Carroll, Weakley, Benton and Stewart Counties. 1:1 Patient Care. Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a rotating on-call schedule. Come join a great team!

We laid our sweet friend to rest today and honored her with The Nurses Final Farewell. The Nightingale Lamp’s flame symbolizes Tracye’s nursing dedication and service to others. Her final call to “report to duty” was made by Anna Hollandsworth, RN. The flame was extinguished by Denise Brogdon, RN, who released her from her nursing duties.

What a beautiful testament to who Tracye was and the love she has shown countless families over her many years of healthcare.

It is with the heaviest of hearts to announce, Tracye Morgan RN, our colleague and friend, left her earthly body January 6th, 2025. Tracye had a natural gift as a hospice nurse giving every patient and family the compassion and dignity they deserved. She was a mentor to her colleagues, sharing her nursing knowledge from experience over the years.

To know her was to love her and what a legacy she will leave with us. 🤍🕊️

“When it comes to death and dying
There's a special gift you share
One that Angels all admire
One that goes beyond just care

It's a gift of deep commitment
One that eases pain and fear
And alleviates the sorrow
When the hour of death is near

Yet this gift is more than comfort
More than nursing at its best
For it cradles every patient
