At Golden Care Home Health our mission is to provide care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Our assistance provides ability to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. Our compassionate team includes various Doctors, Nurses, Home Health Aids, Medical Social Workers, and Therapist that can coordinate care based on the individual's specific needs. We focus on assessment, management, support education, and coordination of care. In order to achieve these goals, we firmly believe in working as a team with the Family, Health Care Providers, Pharmacy, and most importantly, the Patient.

Golden Care Home Health is bringing back our FREE valentine gram deliveries for the 4th year which will include a small treat and personalized message. 💌
Please private message or call our office with your loved ones name, address, their phone number and your valentines message by Tuesday, February 10th.
**Your loved one doesn't have to be in a facility or nursing home to be eligible for a valentine gram. We will delivery to their home as long as they reside in the Paris city limits** (exception: we will be delivering to all Golden Care patients regardless of location)
Grams will be delivered on February 13th!! 🥰
