We kicked off the day with Bible Study & Singing at the barn with Alice, followed by Barnyard Show and Tell that brought smiles all around. The critters were simply adorable! 🐐🐓

Next came the 2025 Henry County Health & Rehabilitation Fair Beauty R***e, where Ms. Velma was crowned Queen and Mr. Charles crowned King. 👑 We celebrated their crowning with delicious hot fudge cake. A huge thank you to our judges for making the day extra special, we’re already excited for next year!

We kicked off the day with a resident shopping trip, then cooled off with some friendly competition at our Watermelon Eating Contests! 🍉
Resident Winners: 1st – Mr. Gabe, 2nd – Mr. Mike, 3rd – Ms. Betty
Staff Winners: 1st – Clayton Craig, 2nd – Sommer Hovis, 3rd – Jasmine Fields

Next up was our Lemonade Contest 🍋
1st – Melissa Carpenter, 2nd – Jennifer Cary, 3rd – Brenda McKinney

We ended the afternoon with a sweet cake walk (every resident was a winner) and proudly entered our residents’ beautiful crafts into the local fair. What a fun-filled day!
