"Fitness In Paris 4 You" Personal Fitness Training Studio I have been in the fitness industry my whole life. I train out of my home studio in Paris Texas.

I owned and operated a women's only health club in the 80's and worked for the hospital wellness centers for a total of 21 years before going out on my own. I wake up every morning loving my job. I truly enjoy getting to help others to meet and exceed their goals. I believe it take hard work and dedication, but most of all consistency throughout. I will be with you every step up and lunge of the way, if you allow me to work with you. Healthy living is a choice and should be looked at as preventive medicine. Everyone deserve to look and feel their very best! REMEMBER, A GOAL WITH OUT A PLAN IS JUST A WISH!
