This week we focused on one of the most important and overlooked foundations of teen wellness: hydration.
Hydrating before caffeine supports the brain, nervous system, and natural energy levels. Many teens experience fatigue, poor focus, headaches, and increased anxiety simply from being dehydrated.

• Hydrate first thing in the morning
• Carry water throughout the day for consistency
• Hydration supports focus, mood, and energy
• Caffeine should never replace proper hydration
