Today is a landmark birthday for me, and as I look back over the decades and reflect on my achievements, I can sincerely say one of my proudest is what I’m doing now, helping people with a holistic approach to wellness.

A highlight of my work is when someone tells me they’ve stopped taking prescriptions or that they no longer need a variety of over-the-counter items for pain, skincare, or sleep. They’ve found, as I have, that natural, plant-based options seldom have side effects. Clean products with ingredients you know and can pronounce. Why not?

My desire to help people prioritize their health and wellness with natural ingredients has led me to create my brand, Bee’s Knees Wellness, .wellness. We already have a great lineup of items, and I’m very excited to announce several more are coming just in time for the holidays.
