Does the content you take in work for you? I've started listening to the Joy Lab Podcast from Natural Mental Health for about a month every workday morning, and it's absolutely helped me feel more calm and centered going into my day.

There is a lot to worry about right now, and the content we consume impacts us significantly. Try adding a dose of Joy Lab or another positive podcast to help yourself out. ❤️

I'm excited to announce that I'm now an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA! From finishing my Basic Training back in 2017 to finally getting my application submitted for certification at the end of 2024, I've loved every step of the journey in applying EMDR to my practice.

I'm grateful to my consultants Cassie Krajewski of and Mary Attridge of for their guidance, my peers for their support, and my clients for allowing me to learn through our incredible work together.

EMDR has become a foundation for my practice. Can't wait to see how far we go together!
