I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals and couples. I specialize in working with artists, recovering addicts and individuals who have experienced trauma. In addition, I see clients dealing with issues including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I use EMDR, mindfulness, and positive resourcing to create insight and a sense of well being.
