We are a well-established, state-of-the-art dental practice looking for an honest, pleasant, motivated Office Manager to work closely with Dr. Innis to lead the practice and its employees. Organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and attention to detail are important for this job.
The Office Manager ensures a positive experience for every patient, oversees and coordinates team members, participates in dental practice efficiency, and proactively seeks ways to advocate for and advance the dental practice.
Our office manager should have experience with Dentrix software and other office software (email tools, spreadsheets, tracking, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager ensures the smooth running of the office and helps to improve practice procedures and day-to-day operations.
Normal working hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:45 am-5:00 pm, however, the times may vary due to patient needs.
