Good Movement Studio is a beautiful Pilates, Physical Therapy and, Fitness Studio, located in the Old Colby School at the base of Canyons Ski Resort. We offer dynamic group reformer and fitness classes and high quality, one on one private sessions. We believe that Movement is for EVERYONE – no matter your age, gender or level of ability our mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals.
