I had the tremendous pleasure to do a climbing workshop with worlds champion climbers and back at their home in SW France after my first year of naturopathic school in the 1990’s. The trip stands out as a high point in my life. It was a long time ago, but for those of you who know my story, it was a pivotal time in my life to get to hob-knob and learn from with rock stars!

Well, I am now blessed to have reconnected with Robyn and had the amazing opportunity to have her coach my girls who immediately in love with her.

I’m so grateful the sport of rock climbing and the joy it has brought me, and to Robyn for all she has done to bring the sport to the world (not the least of which her being the mom and coach to )

If it seems like I’ve been very quiet this past year, it’s because I have been.

I’m very happy to share with you what I’ve been up to!

As many of you know, one year ago I was working on launching Stym Clinics with the intention of bringing regenerative medicine to the people at an affordable price.

Then suddenly,I stopped talking about it.

The reason is one year ago I met Jim Donnelly, the founder of Restore Hyperwellness. Jim had recently moved on from restore and was looking to launch his next endeavor…

…and now here we are able to announce the launch of Humanaut Health!

The first clinic will be in Austin September 2024.
