✨ Important Announcement from Dr. Gardinier ✨

True Life Chiropractic, LLC will be permanently closing on December 12, 2025.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to every patient and family who has been part of this journey. It has been an honor to serve the Park City community over the past year and a half helping you care for your health, grow in wellness, and share in life’s milestones.

Thank you for trusting me with your care, for your support, and for the friendships that grew through this adventure.

As many of you know, I’ve recently stepped into the beautiful and busy season of new motherhood, and this next chapter calls me to focus on my family and my little boy.

I want to assure you that I am still available to continue your chiropractic care. You can find me at The Joint Chiropractic - Maize location. I’m there every week Saturday-Tuesday.

Your kindness, patience, and encouragement have meant more than words can express. From the bottom of my heart: thank you for allowing me to be part of your health journey. 💙

📣 I’m Back!
After spending the last few precious months soaking up newborn snuggles and adjusting to life as a new mom, I’m so excited to be easing back into the office! 💙✨

Starting this week, I’ll be seeing patients by appointment only during the following hours:
🗓 Wednesdays & Thursdays | 3:00pm–6:30pm
🗓 Fridays | 10:00am–12:30pm

If you’ve been needing an adjustment or simply want to reconnect, I’d love to see you! Thank you for your continued support, patience, and care during this season. It means the world. 💫

👶🏻 Dr. Jordan is officially on maternity leave! 🍼
True Life Chiropractic is ✨temporarily closed✨ while baby Beau is welcomed into and introduced to the world.
We plan to resume normal office hours in July, so keep an eye out for any updates!
In the meantime, we encourage any patients seeking care to check out Dr. John Wheeler located in Wichita. He’s been Dr. Jordan’s mentor and friend for years and will without a doubt give you the best care possible while she is out! His office info is on the next slide.
