Sneak peek! Here are some photos of the new Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls.

Would you like to look yourself? Join us tomorrow, September 9 for the grand opening of Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls. We will be offering tours of the updated facility after the ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:45 a.m.

Thanks to a grant awarded by Governor Evers in 2022, Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls began a reconstruction project to update the facility.

A relaxing new patio is now open for employees, patients and visitors at Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls.

The patio opened Tuesday following a dedication ceremony. It is located near the inpatient unit on the back side of the hospital.

We would like to thank local contracting company Hastings Concrete and the Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls Auxiliary for their support. The Auxiliary, a community group since 1928, contributed $100,000 to the project. That’s 100% of the funds needed.

All the funding came from profits at the Auxiliary Thrift Store, located at 125 2nd Ave N in Park Falls. The Auxiliary has 39 volunteers that operate the thrift store four days a week.

The patio is part of a $35 million renovation project at the Park Falls hospital that will wrap up soon. A grand opening celebration is planned for 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9. The public is welcome to attend.

"Dr. Kasirye is great! He takes concerns seriously, listens, takes the necessary time for questions, answers questions clearly, and further clarifies if asked to. He examines thoroughly. He provided a solution to my immediate problem. He also is friendly and has a sense of humor which I like very much.
