It's Testimonial Thursday again.

" I first went to Park Forest Chiropractic just over a month ago because I had constant pain in my back that radiated into both legs which had been going on for over 2 months. I don't know what caused it, but I do have arthritis in my back. It was constant with a loss of flexibility and left me unable to sleep, sit or walk for long periods of time. I was referred to PFC for acupuncture by my primary care doctor. Once we started, I noticed immediate relief and have returned to working out and gaining flexibility. I'm currently 85% better and couldn't be happier!"

That's right, It's Testimonial Tuesday again!

" I came to Park Forest Chiropractic about a month ago for neck pain, back pain, and hip discomfort that I have been having for a year. The pain was moderate to severe, and I believe it was from working a lot and also a previous car accident. I saw my primary care Doctor and was prescribed medication that didn't help. After participating in a care plan I am feeling 75% better. The adjustments, exercises, and therapy have me feeling taller (straighter) and more energetic too! FYI, Park Forest Chiropractic will be closed from tomorrow Dec 24th until Monday December 29th so we can spend time with our families and friends.
We will also be closed on January 1st for the new year.
We hope everyone takes time to engage with and socialize with family and friends during this holiday season.

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their friends and family! Now it's time for Testimonial Tuesday.

" I had been having back pain for a couple of months when I first came to Park Forest Chiropractic in early 2025 and I found out I had a Scotty Dog fracture in my back from an old sports injury which was pretty serious. I had to help family members out of town and had to pause care until life got sorted out. Last month it was so bad I couldn't do everyday tasks like putting on my shoes or bend over to brush my teeth, so I decided to come back to PFC and get help. Even though I had the long-standing injury, I noticed improvement with care even though I had to take a break from it. Now my pain levels are decreased overall and am able to brush my teeth and put my shoes on!"

Hello FB! Yes, it is testimonial Tuesday again.

" I first came to Park Forest Chiropractic last month for low back pain that went down my left leg which I have had for 7 months. It started after running and playing with my kids. It was a very severe stabbing pain in both my low back and leg. I tried physical therapy but after several weeks I wasn't seeing any results, so I found Park Forest Chiropractic and decided to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did; we are definitely trending the right way now and although my leg is still tight the stabbing pain is GONE in less than 3 weeks! Now I'm trying to get my wife to come."

Hello Facebook Folks. It's Testimonial Tuesday again!

" I was having Sciatica, which was keeping me from normal activities and kept me from sleeping. After 2 weeks I saw my primary care Dr. who prescribed an anti-inflammatory which didn't help. After another 2 weeks I called Park Forest Chiropractic as I had been a patient there many years ago for a condition that physical therapy did not help but PFC was able to help. I'm not sure what caused the Sciatica, but I was unable to bend down to tie my shoes or do normal activities. After a few treatments at PFC I noted some improvement. After a couple of weeks, I could sleep thru the night, and I could tie my shoes! Park Forest Chiropractic is wonderful!"

Just an FYI.

The office will be closed this coming Saturday the 30th and Monday September 1st for Labor Day.

We will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday next week.

So glad we were invited to the 4th annual Park Forest Senior Health Fair. We were able to meet and talk with over 30 Seniors, many other professionals, and even got a picture with Mayor Joe Woods.
