Everything changes next week! Kids go back to school, routines start back up and your schedule fills up. None of that should make you grown inwardly or outwardly. Just be sure carve some time for yourself and I have three opportunities to help you do just that. My Mat Pilates class is upbeat and full of intentional movement. Hot Yoga is not for the faint of heart., but also not to be scared of. We flow, we breathe and we sweat! And we close the week out with my Restorative Yoga! This class brings you back to yourself, to your breath to the space that you hold. It’s a class that teaches you to listen to your body.
