I’m Carissa 👋🏻

I’m the massage therapist behind Iris and Lilies Massage Therapy with almost 5 years of experience. I have a true passion for improving my clients overall wellness. Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health are ALL important to me. Each massage is unique to you and tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether your goal is to find relief from chronic pain or to find deeper relaxation, I am grateful to help. When you have a job you love, it rarely feels like a job. I am blessed that I get to work with my community in such a positive way.

•No, I ✨actually✨ don’t care that you didn’t shave your legs. (If you’ve said this to me, I’ve probably answered with “I didn’t shave mine either”)

•my favorite part of getting a massage myself is a scalp and face massage… sign me up for at least 15 minutes of that PLEASE ✅

•I have ADHD so giving majority of massages in silence forces me to slow my mind down & truly gives my SPIRIT rest. It’s a true balance in my life. All while praying you’re experiencing the same peace that I am in session 💤
