Couple things:

First off, I hope you're all having a lovely holiday season so far! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT come to your appointments if you have any sort of contagious symptoms! Influenza is running rampant in our area and my work requires me to be up close and personal with every one of my clients - including those who may be immunocompromised. Additionally, I don't wanna get sick, either haha. 🤒 If you aren't feeling well, PLEASE message me to reschedule. I very rarely enforce my cancellation policy and I will always understand illness of any kind.

Second, I KNOW this time of year can be really stressful for many people. I just want to give a shout out to all the people out there who are actively creating Christmas magic for their family, friends, and community. I see you, I know it's hard, you're doing amazing, even when you feel like you aren't. Make sure you find those pockets of time and space where you can nurture your own spirit, too!
