Thank you to everyone who attended the Yoga and Sound Bath Benefit yesterday for Rachel London. I know there were many people who wanted to attend and weren’t able to, thank you for keeping her in your thoughts and prayers during this time. We are able to raise ~$1,170!! Which went directly to Rachel to support her for upcoming appointments, alternative medicines and therapies. We were very grateful for the OMM-mazing turn out. A big THANK YOU to Cindy Horbach for playing the singing bowls. Bretz Association for donation of time in the space. Karen Spillman for letting us use the bolsters, blocks, and blankets for class. I’m so grateful for each and everyone of you coming together in this way as a community. My heart is so full in gratitude, thank you and blessings to you. 🙏🏽
