Celebrating this amazing group of girls from the December Youth Aerial Sling Series! We introduced “Watching TV Pose”, worked on Arabesques, it’s fun to showcase Vampire pose, King Pigeon pose, and learn aerial sling vocabulary.

These girls are strong, smart and kind. They are always eager to try and learn new things. I see them encouraging eachother in their progress and helping each other carry and put away our safety mats!

There are a couple spots open in tomorrow (Monday 12/22/25) night's aerial yoga class! Come fly with us! Take some time during this busy season to nurture yourself in a fun class!

Single Aerial Class (for a beginner or experienced aerial flyer) for selected Mondays or Wednesdays at 6pm. Please read through the Aerial Yoga page. Wear a shirt that covers your arm pits and show up at least 10mins early. Students must have prior yoga experience!
